1. Services

The Andi Agency provides brand photography, digital marketing, content creation, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at any time.

2. Bookings & Payments

• A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure any service or session.
• Remaining balances are due by the agreed deadline stated in your contract.
• Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of services.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

•  Client-initiated cancellations result in forfeiture of the retainer.
• Rescheduling requests must be made with reasonable notice and approved based on availability.
• Weather or emergency circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Image Rights & Usage

• The Andi Agency retains copyright ownership to all created content unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Clients receive usage rights based on the package purchased and intended business use.
• Content may not be resold or used in paid advertising without explicit licensing approval.

5. Marketing & Portfolio Use

We may use final images and created content in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials unless the client requests in writing that specific content remain private.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
• Arrive prepared and on time to scheduled sessions
• Provide necessary information and approvals in a timely manner
• Obtain permissions for any locations, products, or trademarks included in the shoot

7. Turnaround Times

Delivery timelines vary by project. Estimated delivery windows will be communicated in the contract. Rush delivery may be available for an added fee.

8. Refunds

Due to the custom and creative nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable. If service cannot be completed due to talent or availability issues on our end, a reschedule or alternative solution will be provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Andi Agency is not responsible for:
• Lost revenue or business opportunities related to delays or usage of content
• Damage or loss caused by external factors (e.g., weather, equipment failure, travel delays)
Our liability is limited to the total value of the services purchased.

10. Website Content

All text, graphics, branding, and media on this site are owned by The Andi Agency and may not be copied, republished, or distributed without written consent.

11. Changes to Terms

The Andi Agency reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
